The Two-Year Diploma is foundational and provides insight for lay persons in all walks of life as well as for those who seek ordination. It is designed for the serious student who seeks excellence, wants college credit, and completes the equivalent of two years of study (whether taken in two years or longer.) This two-year program provides an introduction to the fields of Theology and Biblical Studies for both laity and clergy. A completed application will allow you to begin the process. The Academic Advisor will assist in the development of a program designed specifically for the student and their goals. A total of 60 semester credits are required for this two-year diploma. Individual course requirements may vary depending upon a combination of credits transferred, experience and the call for which one is being prepared. Course credits may be awarded as a terminal degree or may be combined with an Associate of Arts diploma from an accredited college or university to meet the Centers requirements for a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies. Areas of study with specific course requirements are listed below. Meet with an Academic Advisor Students are urged to make an appointment with an Academic Advisor as soon as possible to develop a personalized plan of study for current and future semesters. Formal application must be completed before 9 semester hours of work has been completed. Click here for forms. Entrance Requirement In order to maximize student success, each applicant for credit courses at the undergraduate level is required to take a writing exercise within one week of registration. Seminary Track An individually designed seminary track will be developed for students seeking ordination. ![]() |
